This course is presented using funding provided by DHS to help ensure people have access to the highest quality home and community based supports.
Transportation barriers for the people we support are often a major hurdle in achieving independence and community integration. As a licensed provider of Home and Community Based Services, part of your role is to assist the people you support in learning more about their transportation options. Overcoming transportation barriers often requires a lot of problem solving and creativity. This course will explore different transportation options and open a discussion on possible innovative solutions that may be available in our communities.
