Welcome to Stronger Men’s Yoga Club

Our Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, health and fitness, mobility and flexibility — no matter your fitness level.

What to Expect:
Each class includes intentional movement with guided breath. All you need is a mat, internet connection, and willingness to show up.

As an added bonus, if any of your household would like to join in whether it’s your wife, partner, children or even your pets, they are more than welcome at no extra cost.
