Welcome to Suilanu Sauna, a place to pause, warm up and reconnect, with stunning mountain views towards the Red Cuillin and the ever-changing seasons of Skye.

Suilanu Sauna is proud to be recognised as an accredited operator by the British Sauna Society, reflecting our commitment to quality sauna experiences and responsible operating practices.

Join us for a "Community Sauna", book a "Private Sauna Experience" for groups of up to 10 people, or discover one of our occasional sauna and wellness events.

Our traditional wood-fired sauna is complemented by an "optional cold-water bucket experience", fresh drinking water and soothing music chosen to complement your time with us.

For private bookings and bespoke wellness experiences, we can add thoughtful touches including "essential-oil sauna rituals, frozen fruits for rehydration and eco-friendly hammam towels", creating an experience tailored to your group.

SUILANU SAUNA — CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES

Community Sauna Sessions

We understand that plans sometimes change.

72 hours or more before your session: You may cancel for a full refund or transfer your booking to another available session.

Less than 72 hours before your session: Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Late arrivals or non-attendance: No refunds or extensions to session times.

If Suilanu cancels: You will be offered a full refund or the option to book another available session.

We may need to cancel or reschedule sessions due to adverse weather, safety concerns, equipment issues or unforeseen operational circumstances.

This policy applies to individual Community Sauna Session bookings. Separate booking conditions may apply to private sauna hire, passes and gift vouchers.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
