A 12 week course to rehabilitate the pelvic floor, working on incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti.
This course is perfect if you’re living with issues, recovering from birth, surgery or undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
Age does not apply on this course. It is fully adapted to suit individuals.
