Refund Policy for Farm School Sessions
Refunds for Cancelled Bookings
If you need to cancel your child’s Farm School session, the following refund policy applies:
More than 48 hours before the session
You will receive a full refund of the session fee.
Less than 48 hours before the session
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered as staffing, resources, and preparation costs have already been committed. Where possible, we may offer a transfer to another available session at our discretion.
Missed Sessions
No refunds or credits will be given for sessions missed without prior notice, including absences due to changes in personal plans or forgotten bookings.
Illness or Emergencies
If your child is unable to attend due to illness or an unforeseen family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will consider requests for a transfer or credit on a case by case basis.
Extreme Weather
The safety of children and staff is our priority. Sessions may be cancelled or shortened in cases of extreme weather, including high winds, thunderstorms, flooding, or other hazardous conditions. In these circumstances, we will communicate with families as early as possible regarding refunds or alternative arrangements.
Refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 10 working days using the original payment method.
