For full refund, tickets must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the event. Within 24-48 hours we will apply the ticket price to another event. This is due to the limited space for our events. We need time to refill the spot and/or we purchase supplies and food in advance for the events. Thank you for understanding our policy.
