We Forest Folk

We invite families to discover the magic of nature. Join us for We Forest Folk - a series of creative nature-based sessions designed especially for children and their families to play, explore, move, and create together.

In green spaces across Birmingham and Sandwell, families can swing in hammocks, build dens, splash in the mud kitchen, and share stories and snacks around the campfire. Each session offers a new adventure, with hands-on activities like willow weaving, wild clay sculpting, junk modelling and woodcraft projects.

Pay What You Can
We believe everyone should have access to the magic of nature. Tickets are available on a 'pay as you can' basis—if you're able to contribute, every penny goes directly into supporting creative outdoor opportunities for our community.

We Forest Folk is organised by Ampersand Projects in collaboration with a whole host of incredible creative practitioners. Supported by Arts Council England and Pineapple House, Stirchley.
