Seminar recording: The Principles of the Treaty / te Tiriti panel session

How the courts apply the principles of te Tiriti o Waitangi is the topic of a presentation by experts Dr Carwyn Jones (Ngāti Kahungunu and Te Aitanga-a-Māhaki) and Dr Damen Ward; co-authors of the award winning book: Treaty Law: Principles of the Treaty of Waitangi in Law and Practice.
