Willow's Parties and Celebrations

Welcome to Willow’s Forest School Parties! 🌿

We have been creating magical woodland adventures for 13 years, and every party is led by an experienced, qualified Forest School leader—come rain or shine!

The dates shown on this page are currently available to book. If you have another date in mind, please email info@willowsforestschool.co.uk and we will be happy to see whether we can accommodate you.

Our parties are designed for children aged 1–8 years. We also host woodland gatherings for other celebrations too, such as baby showers and family get togethers.

Children aged 1–6 must be accompanied by their own parent or guardian throughout the party. Children aged 7–8 may attend without their own parent or guardian; however, the following minimum adult supervision must remain:

• Parties for up to 15 children: at least 5 adults
• Parties for 16–30 children: at least 10 adults

All the information you need before booking can be found on this page below, including our full party details and attendee instructions, so you can read everything carefully before deciding to book.

Once your booking is complete, your confirmation email will also include links to our Woodland Party Parent Guide and Woodland Party invitation to send to your guests. As the invitation is designed for all our party times, please make sure your guests know the exact time slot you have booked. If the party is for more than one child, please us their details.

Thank you for booking with us.
Our tickets are non refundable.
If we cannot run the class because we have staff sickness we will refund you the exact value you paid for the class / camp. If you paid with Vouchers or TFC then we will offer you a voucher of the exact value to use another time.

If you book with us and you change your plans, we are still be committed to the class / camp and we cannot refund you unless someone else takes your space. This is why we run waiting lists. If your space is taken, we will then refund you minus an admin fee of £7.50.
