Worcester Crafty Club – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Worcester Crafty Club.

As our workshops require advance preparation, materials to be purchased and venue costs to be paid in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend and we have a waiting list and are able to fill your place, we will happily issue a full refund, even if your cancellation is within the 14-day period.
• If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer your booking to another published Worcester Crafty Club workshop, subject to availability. Credit notes are not available
• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person. Please let us know their name before the workshop.
• If Worcester Crafty Club has to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another workshop date, where available.

Thank you for your understanding. This policy helps us cover the cost of materials, venue hire and preparation while allowing us to offer flexibility whenever we are able to fill a cancelled place.
