Refunds for programs will only be issued if withdrawal from the program occurs 14 days prior to commencement. Refunds are not issued for days missed voluntarily or sick days by participants. If we cancel, a make-up class will be scheduled where possible and if not possible on our part, a refund will be issued for that class.

Registration may be transferred at the operator's discretion.

A 15% fee will apply to the amount for all refunds.
