This class will begin with some flowing and heating movement, followed by restoring, longer held poses and stretches, breathwork and relaxation. You can just roll into bed after class!
Create a warm space where you can clear away any clutter and light some candles to aid a restful atmosphere.
Optional props such as a blanket, bolster and blocks will be helpful but not necessary. Candles are optional for you to add if desired.
