If you have purchased a place on a dance class and are no longer able to attend we offer a full refund up until 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first class of term. Refunds can only be issued over the phone or in person and cannot be processed via email. Please call 0113 243 8765 to request a refund. Any refund decisions after 14 days before the event will be at the discretion of the management.
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Yorkshire Dance (e.g. due to extreme weather or a pandemic) we will either deliver a replacement class at a later date or issue a full or partial refund (i.e. equivalent to the cancelled session/s).
If you are no longer able to attend but wish to transfer your booking to someone else please contact us on boxoffice@yorkshiredance.com.
In the event of a show or class cancellation Yorkshire Dance are not liable for covering external costs such as transport or accommodation.
Standby Space can be cancelled by Yorkshire Dance any time up to 48 hours before the event. On the rare occasion space is cancelled you will be notified and issued with a full refund. You can also cancel standby space up to 48 hours prior to your booking.
