Clubbercise® Northampton with Marie. Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks. Easy to follow dance routines taught to 90s classics to present day hits. You'll get a mix of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options suitable for all fitness levels.

How It Works
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
DISCO DANCE PARTY
Fun, easy to follow dance aerobics routines with music from the 80s 90s and present day hits, so something for everyone. Super fun experience for all. Sing till your hearts content as no one will be able to hear you.

Lose yourself in the music, be ready to bust a move and show me your best groove. Think Saturday night fever. All you have to do is follow my moves then be ready to get ya freak on.
This low impact workout is done with resistance bands.
Mainly focusing on your legs and bum but also adding a little upper body workout.
Dance and toning workout using a range of resistance bands all choregraphed to music.
If you don't have resistance bands you can still join in, just make sure you have some little hand weights or 2 tins of beans lol.
