Clubbercise:- If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout youll LOVE Clubbercise Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

Class cost is £6 & £4 for LED Clubbercise branded glow sticks. Glow sticks are given on loan for your first time to try. 
Age 13+ to 17 with adult.

Please print off and complete the health questionnaire and bring along to class. You will find this under the document tab. We also have blank copies at class.

No refunds or cancellations can be made once payment has been made.

Please make sure you arrive in time for the class to start. Unfortunately, if you miss the warm up tracks you won't be allowed to join the class. This is for health and safety reasons.

CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS.
