Norwood Watersports

Norwood Watersports is an RYA Training Centre offering beginner and improver courses in sailing. In addition, the Centre offers kayaking and canoeing activity and training sessions. Based in South Norwood Lake and Grounds (SE25 4DX), courses take place on the lake and within the boat park where equipment is stored. Youth and adult courses are available.

Membership is also available for both youth and adults which entitles you to discounted rates on our courses.

Norwood Watersports has been set up to combine the instructors and equipment of two organisations - Croydon Sailing Club and Croydon Youth and Schools Sailing Association, to be a one-stop training organisation for paddlesports and sailing, offering courses to gain certification from RYA and British Canoeing and following support sessions for newly trained sailors.
