This morning will be magical. And I can't wait to bring this to you before the crazy busy period starts. I felt like not running another workshop for a while but I somehow feel that we may need it.
It will be 3 hours of Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, Dancing, Yin Yoga, chats and laughter and yummy cake at the end, served with hot cacao or herbal tea. A plenty of intention setting and letting go of what no longer serves and what we no longer wish to bring into 2025.
The best part is that I will be donating 20% from the purchased tickets to The Brain Tumour Charity. I just feel that I want to end 2024 with something magical where we can release, reconnect but at the same time help to support a research which is extremely important.
This wonderful workshop will be held in the Wasing Wellbeing Pavilion (Wasing Estate) which is a beautiful setting, overlooking the fields and nature.
It will be very intimate and magical morning. It's only open to 13 souls, so make sure that you join me if you are free and wish to do something for yourself and at the same time donate for a very important cause which is very close to my heart.
Schedule:
09:30am - Arrival
09:45am- Magic of Dance and Chanting(30 minutes)
10.15am - 11.00am (45 minutes) - Yin Yoga winter sequence. Letting go of what no longer serves us and clear our head for the new year ahead.
11am - 12pm (60 minutes) - Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Meditation & Yoga Nidra
12.05pm - 12.30pm - Serving of a cake, hot drink and chat about the experience we connected with.

Bring your own mat, water bottle, comfortable clothes, and if you have any props to e.g. blocks and straps, cushion/s and blanket (for a support). Don't worry, as if you don't have any props, I have some spare ones for you to use.
Note: The session isn't suitable for anyone suffering with epilepsy, pregnancy (1st trimester), anyone with metal plate in the body. Please ensure to fill in the medical form if you are joining my class for the first time.
