I am so excited to bring you this magical RELAXING MORNING workshop. 105 minutes of bliss - breathwork, yoga nidra and crystal bowl sound healing at wonderful location of Malverleys.
Malverleys is a farm and home dining space which is filled with relaxing and zenful feeling, as soon as you walk in. There offer a beautiful lunches and produces. I am so excited to bring you something magical and relaxing into this space where you can then enjoy a lovely coffee and lunch after a morning of nourishment.
This is how the morning will flow (a rough schedule):
*10.15am Start of the morning - oracle cards and essential oil on the arrival
*10.30am - Morning Yoga Nidra Practice (yogic sleep) to energise your body and mind. Travelling through and bringing the awareness to your body and mind. No experience necessary, you just surrender into the stillness.
*11am - Entering the crystalline energies through the crystal bowl sound healing which will travel through your bod. A beautiful way to start the day and find the stillness in your body and your mind.
*12pm - Departure and perhaps you can enjoy yummy coffee and some lunch afterwards.
I can't wait to welcome you at this wonderful venue and share the magic of yoga nidra, breath and crystal bowl sound healing with you.
Please bring a pillow and blanket and anything you need to get comfortable. Also, feel free to bring bolster, eye pillow and any other yoga props such as blocks and a strap. Water bottle and comfortable clothes.
Note: The session isn't suitable for anyone suffering with epilepsy, pregnancy (1st trimester), anyone with metal plate in the body. Please ensure to fill in the medical form if you are joining my class for the first time or contact me at hello@nourishbyv.com.
