This is will be a magical morning of reflection and welcoming of Summer Solstice which is happening on 20th - 22nd June. We will very much reconnect with the last 6 months of this year and how far we got to.
A morning filled with the magical, medicinal and ceremonial cacao, yin yoga focused on fire element, as well as yoga nidra where we will be shifting from Spring season to Summer season. And we will end the magical slow morning with empowering crystal bowl sound healing.
Yummy treat will be served at the end.
9.30am - Arrival
9.45am - Oracle cards, essential oil, hot cacao
10am - Drumming, Breathwork & Yin Yoga focused on the element of fire
10.45am - Yoga Nidra shifting from spring to summer season
11.20am - Travelling into the crystalline energise of the crystal bow sound healing
12.30pm - Ending the morning with a yummy treat and reset nervous system

Please bring your own mats, towels and water bottles, any props which you may find useful for your practice. Also, bring yourself a blanket to keep yourself warm at your meditation practice.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation: 60 days or more prior to retreat: your entire payment will be refunded.
59-45 days prior to retreat: 50% of the retreat price paid will be refunded.
44 days and less prior to the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
If the retreat is cancelled by Nourish by V, you will receive a full refund.
