This yoga day retreat will be a day where we will be slowly welcoming a Summer season.
It's a perfect time to reconnect and release and start the new season refreshed and reconnected with your body and mind.
It will be a wonderful day, reconnecting with our intention for the upcoming new season. You will slow down, restore and reconnect with your body and mind. This is a small intimate day for just 10 yogis.
A day full of vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra, yin yoga, crystal bowl sound healing and creative mindfulness.
Your Yoga day will include:
10am - Welcome drinks on arrival, healthy treat, pick your oracle card (if you wish)
10:45am (90minutes) - Morning Vinyasa Yoga Practice - Reconnection with Yin & Yang (element of Fire & Water).
12:30 (60 minutes) - Nourishing Plant-based lunch & Cake (dietary requests available)
13:45 (60 minutes) - We will make essential oils roller ball suitable for summer season and something you can carry with you every day to destress and reconnect with yourself.
15:00 (60 minutes) - Finishing the day with a beautiful Yoga Nidra and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing to get you rested and reconnected with your intention.
I can't wait to share the day with you. Please ensure that you fill in the medical questionnaire attached on this booking to ensure that the practice is delivered in the safest possible way for you.
Please bring your own mats, towels and water bottles, any props which you may find useful for your practice. Also, bring yourself a blanket to keep yourself warm at your meditation practice.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation: 60 days or more prior to retreat: your entire payment will be refunded.
59-45 days prior to retreat: 50% of the retreat price paid will be refunded.
44 days and less prior to the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
If the retreat is cancelled by Nourish by V, you will receive a full refund.
