We are a non-profit organisation supporting families in East Lothian. Being a parent is the most important job in the world, one which can be challenging yet rewarding. Everyone should have support on their parenting journey. We offer peer support groups and 1:1 support for families in the Dunbar area.

Nurture Baby and Me C.I.C was founded in 2021 to support families in East Lothian. Many groups had not reopened due to Covid-19 and families were facing additional challenges. Nurture Baby and Me C.I.C was incorporated as a community interest company in May 2022.

Our peer support programme provides safe and inclusive spaces to meet, connect and build supportive networks with other families in the community. Our peer support groups offer practical and emotional support from trained volunteer peer supporters with lived experience of isolation or perinatal mental health.
