IAIMs Baby Massage is a mix of Swedish, Indian massage, reflexology, and yoga. We pride ourselves on small classes and being exclusively baby led.

Benefits of Baby Massage including relief from Colic, Wind, Constipation, and improved sleep for both you and baby to name just a few! This is a baby-led class and if at any time you need to stop to feed, change or cuddle baby please do that, you can listen and watch, and will still learn & gain so much.
