Course and Class Bookings:
A refund for a booked course or class will be given if notice is given 24 hours prior to the start of the course/class. One Body. Love it. is under no obligation to provide a refund or transfer to an alternative course if you are unable to attend part or all of the course sessions. One Body. Love it. may offer you an alternative class to attend or an online class recording which will be available for 7 days.
Cancellations by One. Body. Love It.
If the instructor cancels a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the member will be refunded upon request. The instructor will give you as much notice as possible via email, phone, WhatsApp group or social media platforms. If an alternative instructor is appointed to take the class during this unforeseen period, no refund will be offered.
