Take a moment to pause whatever you're doing and breathe deeply. How are you? We often forget that controlling our breath is the quickest way to calm ourselves down in a stressful situation. A little knowledge on this subject can significantly improve our well-being. 

Pranayama, the control of the breath, is the core of our yoga practice.

We'll begin with a gentle yoga warm-up and then review breath practices that are familiar in our yoga practice, and continue to explore some new yoga practices and when and how to use them for our well-being.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with experience of breath work.
