Cancellation by client - in order to get a refund clients must cancel more than one week before the event starts. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
Guest Instructor events are non refundable including the deposit. If the client has paid in full they may look for a replacement and can recoup their costs from that person.
Cancellation by Oracle Dogs
In most instances an alternative date will be offered and the client may choose to transfer or receive a refund. In the case of classes the refund will only apply to the number of classes that do not go ahead.
