Drawing on a range of techniques from Andy and Stacey's combined experiences of sound therapy, meditation and yoga you will learn ways to reset your nervous system that can be applied in your day-to-day lives as needed.

Here are the main points you need to know when attending this workshop:
Please bring your own mat, for your own comfort, if possible. Please also bring a notepad/pen, cushion/pillow and blanket.
Please arrive in comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement (layers are best).
Bring a filled water bottle with you.
Doors open around 5-10 minutes before class.
Please place your shoes to the right just inside the door.
