No refunds or replacements are available for classes missed or not attended.
Classes booked via a pass may be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days notice and will be refunded as a credit to your pass.
Classes booked as a single booking will only be refunded by original payment method and only if a minimum of 7 days notice is given to give us time to sell on the space.
Passes can only be refunded within 7 days of purchase if they have not been used at all.
