Move, rest and restore workshop

It is coming to that time of year when for many of us things gets very busy and frantic, this workshop will help relieve stress, let go of tension and regulate the nervous system. The perfect pre Christmas gift to yourself or a loved one.

I will guide you through:

• a gentle yoga flow suitable for beginners
• restorative poses to help promote comfort and ease in your body
• a guided meditation with sound bowls helping you enter a deep sense of relaxation

We will end class with a yummy nourishing protein ball.
