Cancellation by delegates on our Online Radiation Protection course:

If within 7 days of receiving your user name and password for the radiation protection on-line course you change your mind, and you HAVE NOT yet accessed the course material, you may cancel your order by emailing dhft.PHC@nhs.net. A £30.00 administration fee will be charged.

Please note: no refund will be possible once the material has been accessed.

Cancellations by delegates for all other courses:

To cancel a place on Pulvertaft Hand Centre events and courses, notice of cancellation must be given by email to dhft.PHC@nhs.net. If you cancel at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the course you will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee.

If you cancel between 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the start of the course you will receive a 50% refund, less 10% administration fee.

If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the event you will not be entitled to a refund.

No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.

Delegates requiring Visas

It is the responsibility of each delegate to ensure a valid visa has been issued. If cancellation is due to a visa application being declined, the above cancellation fees will apply. A confirmation of booking letter can be provided upon request.

Name Change
The Pulvertaft Hand Centre will accept a name change by a registered delegate for a suitably qualified replacement. Please inform the Events Team via email 14 days prior to the event at dhft.PHC@nhs.net.

Cancellations by Pulvertaft Hand Centre and changes to course content

Pulvertaft Hand Centre events and courses are constantly updated and while we endeavour to deliver the courses as advertised there may be occasions where we change content without prior notice or, in exceptional circumstances, need to cancel an event.

In the case of a course cancellation delegates will be offered a full refund. We will also consider any reasonable request to cover non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is cancelled within 14 days of the start day. Pulvertaft Hand Centre will not compensate for time spent travelling or away from the place of work.*

*Occasionally circumstances will arise which result in the need to cancel, reschedule or postpone an event, due to an unforeseen occurrence or act of God. When this is the case Pulvertaft Hand Centre shall assume no liability.
