Refunds are only available upon cancellation of organised event by Solfeggio Sound Therapy or the event venue and when rearrangement is not suitable.
Please note that Solfeggio Sound Therapy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your space to allow resale time.
If you cancel your booking within a shorter notice period you are not entitled to a refund.
If you check out 'offline' to pay cash on the day, it is recommended for you to arrange a replacement for your space and if not suitable, pay the cost of your space via bank transfer or PayPal.
'No shows' defined as no contact to Solfeggio Sound Therapy prior to not attending their booked space at event are expected to pay for their space.
