Pilates with Physio Elise

My name is Elise Key and I am a Private Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor supporting clients in Harrogate, Nidderdale and North Leeds.

I am a qualified Physiotherapist of 16+ years and have been teaching Mat Pilates for over 10 years. I have APPI specialist training in Pilates for Runners, Cyclists, Pre and Post Natal and I am a PINC & STEEL Qualified Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist. I will utilise all my training and skillsets to tailor every class to the individuals I have in front of me in every session, based upon the skills, injuries and training goals that we have established together in your Pre Assessment.

𝗣𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
If you are new to Pilates with me, you will need to arrange a 30 minute Pre Pilates Assessment before attending your first class. This is so we can go through medical history, any injuries, teach you the key principles of Pilates and establish goals for your training with me. (Cost of the assessment is £20).

Please do still book into classes below (no login required to book!) but then to arrange your Pre Pilates Assessment please email info@physioelise.co.uk or mark down ‘I need an assessment’ on your booking form and I will contact you. This assessment does need to be completed prior to your first class so please allow enough time for me to get you booked in :)
