NOTICE: STROLLER PARKING RULES

For safety reasons, strollers cannot be parked in the hallway due to fire hazards.

Stroller Parking Instructions:

1. Check in at the concierge desk and ask for Piano Buds’ designated stroller parking space.
   
2. The concierge will direct you to the stroller parking area at either the concierge desk or the community hall (both monitored by security cameras).
3. Take your valuables with you.
4. Use the elevator to Floor 1, Suite 101 to attend your class.

Your Arrival at Piano Buds:

Please enter the classroom only 5-minutes before the start of the class. The class will take place at Piano Buds in a Pod located inside Knickerbocker Plaza, via door entrance on 2nd Avenue, between 91 Street & 2nd Avenue – UES in New York. Subway station nearby: Q to 96 Street then take the exit at 94 Street & 2nd Avenue.

No Classes on the Following Dates:

March 6-16, 2025 - closed
April 14-20, 2025 - Spring Recess

Attending a Class:

If you can't make it to a class, please let us know, and we will transfer the ticket to another class date and time based on availability. We recognize other holidays as important to our community. Please let us know if you cannot attend your lesson due to a holiday observance.

Refunds before a class:

If refunds are requested before the start of a class we will apply a 10% cancellation fee.

Refunds within four (4) weeks from the start of the classes in a full-semester class booking:

For course ticket bookings, refunds are permitted up until four (4) weeks after the start of the classes in a course ticket booking. However, a 20% cancellation fee will apply for the remaining classes.

No refunds after four (4) weeks into the start of the full-semester class booking:

No refunds will be granted after four (4) weeks into the start of the classes in a course ticket booking. Piano Buds will provide a credit that can be applied towards future classes without any cancellation fees.

Cancellation by the Studio:

In the event that the studio cancels a class for any reason (e.g., teacher illness, inclement weather), a full refund will be issued to the students.
