Beginners to Intermediate Classical Mat based Pilates.

My Pilates classes are Instructional, Informative and Motivational and all carried out in a relaxed environment.
You are encouraged to work at your own level, sometimes working with different props such as balls, band and rings.
I make sure every class is carried out at a slower pace, so you have time to listen to the instruction given and think about your posture and spinal alignment, as well as making sure you are using the right muscles for the exercises practiced. The lessons are varied and well structured and I offer a different programme each week that caters for all ages, abilities and levels.
