The ultimate way to get fit for 7 - 70+ yr olds, boogie bounce is a fun effective low impact exercise program for everyone no matter your shape or size, our trampolines hold upto 25 stone so if you have a goal we are here to help you bounce yourself beautiful, start your journey to a happier healthier you.
To secure your trampoline all bookings must be paid for in advance, without this due to demand there is no guarantee that one will be available for your chosen class.

PLEASE NOTE. ALL BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CARRIED OVER TO FUTURE CLASSES. Should you be unable to make the class you can edit it ONLINE up to 48 hrs free of charge. After the cut off please let me know if you cannot make your booking by either messaging the Facebook page, text 07881239699 or pop a message on the Facebook GROUP (Boogie Bounce Winchester, Alresford ) Other members maybe be interested in your place. We do sometimes have waiting lists and if I can let someone else have your place then I will transfer your booking as I would never charge twice for the same trampoline.

Should your chosen class be fully booked click onto JOIN WAITING LIST next to your chosen class to ensure that you will be contacted as soon as a place becomes available.

POST-BOOKING DETAILS
Thank you for booking, please arrive early to set up your trampoline. Don't forget to wear comfortable clothing (Leggings not flappy bottoms) Bring a bottle of water & a small towel with you. ONLY NON SLIP SOCKS can be used on the Trampolines, socks available to purchase for £2.50 branded £3.50 in class, NO BARE FEET. If you have any medical issues that require you to wear shoes please let us know.

FIRST TIMERS will be required to fill out a medical disclaimer, please arrive early to fill this out on my digital app.

PARKING Winchester : is available directly outside the Scout hut & along the side of the building. Please do not go down the bottom area as this is belongs to another unit and we don't want to upset the neighbours.
Old Alresford : hall parking is available at the hall there is a car park or parking out the front of the building.
