Refund policy

If sessions are not attended by the client or they are more than 15m late then no refund will be allocated and they will not have the chance to schedule.

If the client is under 15 minutes late they can use the time they have left or they can cancel and receive a 50% refund.

If the client gives prior warning that they can no longer make the session it can be re-arranged free of charge.
