GROUP LESSONS: There is no refund or credit applied in the case of non-attendance. If a class needs to be cancelled by the instructor credit will be applied. No refunds will be issued.
INSTRUCTOR COURSE: If you need to cancel your booking, this must be done 10 days prior to course starting.
If you cancel with less than 10 days notice,you will be liable for any costs incurred eg registration and exam fees. Where possible we will try to accommodate you on another course.
If you do not attend the course and no notice is given, no refund will be issued.
