Join us for a day of wellness in nature.
We'll begin our day with movement outdoors on the grass with an all levels yoga class and a focus on an exploration of free somatic movement to release tension and create an energetic shift in the body.
We'll then gather for a delicious lunch sourced and prepared on site.
Free time to explore the grounds, take a refreshing dip in the pool then heat up in the sauna or enjoy a nap in the hammocks within the forest.
We will gather in the afternoon back in the Nordic tipi for a transformative ancient breath practice guided by a powerful soundtrack. Explore the depths of your breath as you cut through the incessant chatter of the mind and drop into an altered state of consciousness.
