• Scrambled egg, feta cheese, spinach & roasted peppers in a grilled wrap

Amanda (Akasha Yoga & Wellbeing)
Amanda has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is a Master Gong Practitioner of 6. Deeply inspired by the elements, she weaves together the wisdom of both Chinese and Indian yoga traditions to nurture balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Her teaching style is inclusive, grounding and heartfelt — creating space for students to connect more deeply with themselves and find harmony in their everyday lives.
The Good Place Café – Melissa
The Good Place Café, created by yogi and foodie Melissa, is a little haven in the heart of Castle Hedingham, Essex. Set within a beautiful old building, it offers soulful, nourishing food served with warmth and care.
Upstairs is a beautiful, fully equipped, wood-beamed yoga studio where we’ll practise before heading downstairs for brunch.
🌿 Accessibility
No experience is needed — everything is designed to be accessible and welcoming for all levels. Just bring yourself, just as you are.

This session is not suitable for:
Anyone with a pacemaker
First trimester of pregnancy
⚠️ Precautions – Please discuss with Amanda prior to booking if any apply:
Tinnitus, Meniere’s disease, or epilepsy (sound sensitivity)
Severe mental health conditions
Taking antidepressants (Cacao may not be suitable — please discuss)
Surgical metal implants (e.g. pins, rods, screws, plates)
Hearing aid users – please remove or switch off during the sound bath
