Teen Relaxation & Sound Bath in aid of Teen Cancer Trust
This healing session is designed especially for teenagers who may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, struggling to switch off, or simply needing space to rest and reset.
⭐ Important:
All under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the session.
Using calming sound vibrations from gongs, crystal bowls, shamanic drum and other therapeutic instruments, sound baths can help create a sense of freedom, ease and deep relaxation within both mind and body.
Why are sound baths so popular?

• Reducing stress and anxiety
• Supporting the nervous system and lowering blood pressure
• Helping improve focus, balance and emotional wellbeing
• Supporting better sleep and deep rest
• Encouraging relaxation away from screens and constant stimulation
• Promoting creativity and emotional regulation
• Supporting Theta brainwave states — 20 minutes of Theta relaxation can feel equivalent to up to four hours of sleep

• Guided relaxation to settle and calm
• Sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, shamanic drum and more
Please bring:
• Something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow/cushion
• Water bottle
CONTRAINDICATIONS
This session is not suitable for anyone with:
• A pacemaker
• First trimester of pregnancy
PRECAUTIONS
Please discuss with me before booking if you have:
• Tinnitus or Meniere’s Disease
• Epilepsy or sound-triggered conditions
• Severe mental health conditions
• Surgical metal implants (pins, rods, screws or plates)
• Hearing aids (recommended to remove or switch off during the session)
Cancellation Policy:
• 7+ days before the event — transfer to a future event
• Within 48 hours — no refund, but your ticket may be transferred to another person (if appropriate)
• No-shows — no refund or credit
• If the event is cancelled by the host — full refund or transfer to a future date

Yoga Mat ( I have a spare, please let me know in advance)
Pillow for your head, maybe an additional pillow for under your knees
Something soft to lay on (extra yoga mat, sleeping bag, Nidra bed, sheepskin)
Cosy Blanket(s)
Water
Eye Mask
Please wear layers and warm socks
REMEMBER - COMFORT IS QUEEN!!
Additional information:
• It is recommended that a large meal is not eaten 2 hours before your yoga and gong bath
• Please avoid Caffeine prior to a gong bath
• Please ensure you drink plenty of water or herbal tea for 24-48 hours to flush away toxins that have been released after the gong bath
