Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start to ensure you are settled.

COMFORT IS QUEEN! Please bring:

😴 Something to lay on (yoga mat, sleeping bag, Nidra bed, sheepskin)
✔️ Cushion for your head
☕️ Mug for tea (travel mugs are perfect!) (we’re trying to reduce disposable waste)
🤗 Warm,cosy Blanket
💦 Water
😊 Please wear layers and warm socks

Extras if desired:

-Sheepskin/ extra mat/single sleeping bag for extra comfort and padding
-Eye mask
-Journal and Pen

Additional information:

• It is recommended that a large meal is not eaten 2 hours before sound baths

• Please avoid Caffeine prior to Sound baths

• Please ensure you drink plenty of water or herbal tea for 24-48 hours to flush away toxins that have been released after the Sound bath

Severe Mental Health conditions
Surgical metal implants ( e.g. pins, rods, screws and plates) as may be affected by the sounds and vibrations

Please note, If you wear a hearing aid it is recommended that it is removed or switched off during the sound bath.
