Aurora Nova - Floorwork Tricks & Technique (Beginners+)

For September only, level up your floorwork game with professional contemporary dancer Aurora Nova. Build confidence moving upside down, develop strength where it counts, and learn a range of beginner‑friendly floorwork tricks and seamless transitions you can use in dance, pole, heels, commercial - or even on a night out. 😜

This workshop is perfect if you already enjoy Aurora’s Sexy Floorwork classes or train in styles like pole, heels, commercial, or contemporary. It’s also the ideal prep if you’re wanting to join her Intermediate level Sexy Floorwork classes which will be coming up in November.

Safety and technique are the heart of this course. Each session includes a thorough warm‑up and targeted conditioning to strengthen your body before exploring individual tricks, transitions, and movement pathways. Expect a supportive environment, clear progressions, and plenty of time to practice so you leave feeling strong, capable, and excited to take your floorwork further.

(No routines will be taught in this class, the focus is on learning individual moves/tricks)
