  • All payments for Aurora Nova classes are final and non-refundable at point of sale. *Exception; if the class/es is postponed due to Covid restrictions then your ticket will be automatically transferred to the postponed class/es OR you have the option to request a credit note to the value of the classes postponed (to use towards future Aurora Nova classes/private lessons).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any class or course as deemed necessary and will issue an appropriate reimbursement with proof of purchase provided.
  • We are not liable for any missed classes due to personal reasons, illness, weather conditions, travel issues etc and we are unable to make up for lost classes or offer refunds.
