WAITING LIST: If the class you're wanting to book on is fully booked, go in to the event and click 'Join waiting list' (green box). You'll be notified via email if a space becomes available.

All payments for Aurora Nova classes are final and non-refundable at point of sale.
*Exception; if the class/es is postponed due to Covid restrictions then your ticket will be automatically transferred to the postponed class/es OR you have the option to request a credit note to the value of the classes postponed (to use towards future Aurora Nova classes/private lessons).
We reserve the right to cancel any class or course as deemed necessary and will issue an appropriate reimbursement with proof of purchase provided.
We are not liable for any missed classes due to personal reasons, illness, weather conditions, travel issues etc and we are unable to make up for lost classes or offer refunds.
