Classes and Workshops with BabyGrá West Cork

If you cancel your booking within your 14 calendar day cooling off period – you are entitled to a full refund, less any postage costs. Alternatively, you can choose to transfer your booking to another of our classes/courses, subject to availability.

If your cooling off period has expired, you can still cancel your booking up to 7 calendar days before your class is due to commence. We will provide a full refund less any postage costs incurred. Alternatively, you can choose to transfer your booking to another of our classes/courses, subject to availability.

If you cancel your booking within 7 calendar days of your class start date – you are not entitled to a refund nor are you entitled to transfer your booking to another of our classes/courses.

If a class/course has yet to commence - you are entitled to a full refund if I am not able to provide the class/course you have booked (for example due to illness on my part or COVID 19 restrictions).

If a class/course has already commenced and I am not able to continue with the classes due to COVID regulations - I will offer participants the option to finish the remainder of their classes via Zoom. Participants will not receive a refund if they choose not to go ahead with the Zoom classes.

If a class/course has already commenced and I am unable to go ahead with a scheduled session for any reason (illness on my part, issues with venue etc...) I will reschedule the session for another date. Participants will not have the option for a refund in this instance.

We will not process your refund until all equipment provided to you as part of your service (such as your baby massage kit) is returned to us.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of your refund request and return of any equipment (if applicable).
