This is the very first session at FORM Wellness Studio in Flitwick - come and be a part of it!
You'll experience conscious connected (also known as circular) breathwork - this is a group session practised lying down, in this softly lit studio, to an upbeat & dynamic soundtrack (which we mellow out as the session progresses).
We finish with a much-needed meditation, relaxation and refreshments at the end - perfect before the busy Christmas period and some much-needed 'you' time.
If you're curious as to how breathwork can be so impactful... this session could be for you. Come and surprise yourself!
