Notice of cancellation and procedures
Participants wishing to cancel a course should provide written notice to CASA, by email to
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be given if the course is fully booked and the relinquished place can be filled.
Participants may request to transfer their course booking instead of cancelling. Approval will be at the discretion of CASA provided there are places available on the alternative selection.
Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of the course being cancelled.
A participant who is unable to attend may nominate a substitute to take their place provided that CASA is informed at the earliest possible opportunity.
Non- Attendance
Failure to attend a course without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund or transfer option.

CASA cancellation
If CASA need to cancel a course, participants will be offered the following options:
A full refund
or
Credit towards another course within the same financial year

We recognise that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur.
