We are a 5 bed reformer studio based at Kelsall hill equestrian in Cheshire with mat trained pilates/reformer instructors with additional qualifications enabling us to deal with a wide range of injuries to keep clients safe within a class.
With over 7 years experience teaching and a loyal client base we are here to help you to recover from an injury, continue to build strength and provide a friendly encouraging group class
