How to Book a class

  1. Click on your preferred class, double check the time as some venues have 2 sessions

  2. Add participants

  3. Add to basket

  4. Check out as you would with any online payment through our secure stripe system

  5. Double check you get a booking confirmation and that you have read the transfer and cancellation policy (found on things you need to know section on our website)

  6. Fill in the PAR Q medical waiver form on your confirmation email if its your first time. You do not need to do this if you have done one in the past 12 months unless anything on your medical history or emergency contact details have changed.
