All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations of one-off tickets for single classes are possible up until two days from the start of your class via the booking system. Credit may be transferred to another week within the same month subject to availability. A cancellation can only be transferred once.
Where a course has been purchased, classes cannot be cancelled or transferred. In the event that re:fresh have to cancel a class, credit will be given.
