Terms & Conditions – Dance Class Tickets

Ticket purchases
All tickets are sold on a final-sale basis. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, exchanged, or rescheduled. Tickets are valid only for the specific class and date selected at checkout.

Ticket transfers
• Only ‘Sold Out’ class tickets can be put on social media or group chats for resale.
• If you resell your ticket, please note that Desi Vibes Collective does not facilitate or manage ticket transfers.
• If you transfer your ticket, you must email info@desivibeslondon.com at least 24 hours before the class, providing the new attendee’s full name, email address, and contact number. Failure to notify us in advance may result in refusal of entry.

Class bundles
• Bundles are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the classes confirmed.
• All classes within a bundle must be attended by the same individual.

Class cancellations by Desi Vibes Collective
If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Desi Vibes Collective, ticket holders will be notified by email and offered either a full refund or a transfer to another class of equal value.

Liability & conduct
• Participation in classes is at your own risk. Desi Vibes Collective is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after a class.
• Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal without refund.

Updates to these terms
Desi Vibes Collective reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be shared via email and reflected on the website.
